01 Introduction

Welcome to Waktogel. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Waktogel ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Waktogel website located at waktogel.lat and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon.

Waktogel is an online casino and sports betting platform operated under applicable international gaming regulations, providing entertainment gaming services to eligible players. Our platform is designed primarily for users in the Malaysian market, offering MYR-denominated transactions and support for local payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, and FPX.

By creating a Waktogel account, accessing our website, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of this Agreement by reference.

02 Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following definitions apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on Waktogel, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform;
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not accessing the platform from any Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by Waktogel from time to time;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of Waktogel, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously had a Waktogel account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party;
• You are not diagnosed with, nor are you aware of, a gambling addiction or disorder that would make your use of this platform contrary to your best interests;
• All information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date.

Waktogel reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identity documents (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

04 Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the Waktogel platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.

Upon registration, you are required to provide a valid email address, a unique username, and a secure password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Waktogel strongly recommends the use of a unique, complex password not shared with any other online service.

You agree to notify Waktogel immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. Waktogel shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Waktogel may, at its sole discretion, refuse registration, close an existing account, or request additional verification documents at any time and without prior notice, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Waktogel are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local and international payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX, USDT TRC20, and BTC.

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Please refer to the deposit page for current limits applicable to each method.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account held in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• E-wallet deposits (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited within seconds. Bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow typically process within 5–15 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times, generally 15–30 minutes.
• Waktogel does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account holder name used to make the corresponding deposit ("return to source" policy).
• Before any withdrawal is processed, the player must complete the KYC verification process to the satisfaction of Waktogel's compliance team.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review. Standard processing times range from 1 to 5 business days depending on the method selected and the complexity of any applicable verification checks.
• Players with active bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements may not withdraw until those requirements have been fully satisfied.
• Waktogel reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction or per day, details of which are published in the relevant section of the platform.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Waktogel offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and other periodic promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published for each promotion, as well as the general provisions of this clause.

• Bonus eligibility, amounts, wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates are set out in the specific terms of each promotion and may vary between offers.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new registered players only. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, regardless of the number of accounts attempted to be registered.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds that remain unconverted at expiry will be removed from the account without compensation.
• Waktogel reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time, without prior notice and without liability.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus conditions — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, or multi-accounting — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus play are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

By placing bets or participating in games on the Waktogel platform, you acknowledge and accept the following general rules governing all gaming activity:

• All bets placed and games participated in are subject to the specific rules of the respective game or sports market, as displayed within the platform at the time of play.
• Waktogel reserves the right to void any bet or gaming session where a technical error, pricing error, or software malfunction has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.
• Winnings resulting from a manifestly erroneous price — including prices that are clearly outside market norms — may be voided at Waktogel's sole discretion.
• For sports betting markets, Waktogel's decisions on the settlement of all bets are final, subject to the applicable rules of the relevant sport and market.
• Live betting markets are subject to suspension at any time during an event. Bets placed before a suspension that have not been confirmed will be void.
• Waktogel does not guarantee the continuous availability of any particular game, market, or feature. Scheduled maintenance or technical difficulties may result in temporary unavailability.

08 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Waktogel platform. Engaging in any of the activities below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the platform, whether under the same or different personal details;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or participate in games;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated play against the platform's interests;
• Attempting to exploit system glitches, software vulnerabilities, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals in respect of funds deposited to the platform;
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any transaction in furtherance of criminal activity;
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Sharing account credentials with, or permitting access to your account by, any third party.

09 Responsible Gambling

Waktogel is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gambling. We recognise that gambling, while a legitimate form of entertainment for most users, can become harmful for a minority of individuals. Accordingly, we have implemented a range of tools and policies to help players maintain control over their gambling activity.

Players may at any time request the following responsible gambling controls by contacting our support team at the email address set out in Clause 15:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you may deposit;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a pre-set duration of continuous play;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you may lose within a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (minimum 30 days), during which you will not be able to access the platform or receive promotional communications;
• Permanent Closure: Permanently close your account at any time upon written request.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the Waktogel platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, game software, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the property of Waktogel or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of Waktogel.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Waktogel shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform.

Waktogel does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. We shall not be liable for any losses arising from service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service provider outages, cyberattacks, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Suspension & Termination

Waktogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been involved in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• The player has provided false or misleading information;
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to Waktogel, other players, or third parties;
• The player is located in or has accessed the platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Upon account closure for cause, Waktogel may withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is ultimately established, the remaining balance (after deduction of any bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where a breach is confirmed, Waktogel reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance.

Players may close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Pending withdrawals at the time of closure will still be processed in the ordinary course.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which Waktogel holds its operating authorisation.

In the event of any dispute between you and Waktogel, you agree to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. Waktogel will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant dispute resolution body as designated by Waktogel's licensing authority.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Waktogel reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, identified by the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of the document.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Your continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure as set out in Clause 12.
